On 9th May, 2011, Minister of Planning and Investment signed the Decision No. 602/QĐ-BKHĐT on approving the list of activities to promote investment in the National Program of Investment Promotion in 2011.

The total budget for these activities is VND 20 billion, including: investment promotion to Key Economic Regions; inward and outward FDI promotion, mainly markets such as North East Asia, the United States, Europe, etc.; activities to promote investment, research and develop supporting industries and infrastructure projects in the form of Public - Private Partnership (PPP). These are 02 sectors given priority to calling for investment in 2011 and next years.
