Speaking at the event, the PM hailed the province’s advances in administrative reform, especially administrative procedures, asking the locality to create transparent policies and a fair competitive environment, protect people and businesses’ assets as well as put businesses at the center of the development.

He required the province’s authorities to enhance dialogues, listen to investors’ comments and tackle difficulties in terms of capital, technology and market.

The PM proposed establishing a fair business and investment environment for domestic and foreign businesses and private and State sectors, developing economy in line with protecting the environment and attracting more investment in schools, culture, entertainment and housing for workers.

It is necessary to create an administrative system serving businesses and people, he said, affirming to regard the development of businesses and the job creation as the province’s achievements.  

At the conference, provincial authorities granted investment certificates to five projects, worth around VND4,500 billion.
