For updating information, disseminating new policies and exchanging experiences in state management of investment promotion activities with local authorities and agencies in Central Vietnam, the Investment Promotion Center for Central Vietnam (IPCC) – Foreign Investment Agency (FIA) – Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) is going to organize a training course on “Knowledge on Foreign Direct Investment for related officials in Central Vietnam”.
This training course will be planned to organize from 26 –27 July of 2016 in Bamboo Green Central Hotel – 158 Phan Chau Trinh St., Danang city.
* Some lecture topics:
- Orientation on Setting up Investment Promotion Program for Nation and Localities in 2017;
- Orientation on FDI management in the context of Investment Law 2014 and Vietnam joining in some important agreements such as TPP, FTAs;
- Law on Investment 2014, Law on Enterprise 2014: new points and enforcement issues of investment consulting and promotion agencies;
- The basic content of Agreement on Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP); Opportunities and challenges towards FDI attraction when Vietnam participating in TPP, FTAs;
*Lecturers: Experienced Leaders of FIA, Legal Department – Ministry of Planning & Investment; Multilateral Trade Policy Department – Ministry of Industry and Trade.
* Trainees: Officials and staffs in charge of investment promotion from Departments of Planning and Investment; Investment Promotion Centers; Management Boards of Economic Zones, Industrial Zones and Hi-Tech Park; some investors and businessmen throughout 13 provinces in Central Vietnam.
